Foot zoning balances all of your body systems with each session. Your body will align and balance even the unknown stresses it is having. Reflexology targets only your problem areas.

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM FOOT ZONING?

Absolutely anyone will benefit from a Foot Zone Session.

WHO SHOULD NOT BE ZONED?

There isn’t anyone who wouldn’t benefit from a foot zone session! It used to be believed that those with organ or tissue transplants, pace makers, shunts and stints should avoid foot zone sessions. It’s since been discovered that this is not the case and many clients with foreign objects in the body have reported that complications have disappeared after experiencing foot zone sessions.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE A FOOT ZONE SESSION?

For optimum results, it is recommended to be zoned a consecutive 18 times every 10 days apart. But you will benefit from any zoning sessions regardless of how many or how often.

WHAT/WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS FROM FOOT ZONE THERAPY?

After a session most people will feel very relaxed, refreshed and revived or extremely tired. Either response is normal. The body heals when it sleeps, so if you feel tired after a zone, allow your body time to relax and rebuild.

The purpose of the zone is to help bring the body into balance. The body knows what it needs to work on, in the order it needs to be worked on. It can take up to four days after a zone session for the body to accomplish what the zone has set in motion. You may feel relaxed and fine immediately after the zone and sleep for 12 hours three days later. It is all part of the body’s systems balancing themselves.

The foot zone technique treats the body as a whole and doesn’t treat specific diseases or problems, but rather balances the body to bring it to a state of homeostasis. There have been many people that have experienced relief from headaches, back pain, digestive and sleep disorders, depression, auto-immune failure, the common cold/flu, stress, difficulty in conception and many other health problems.

DOES ZONE THERAPY HURT?

Some people feel  no discomfort at all. Most people will feel a pressure or a slight burning in the area that is being worked if the signal is off. Of course, not every signal will be blocked, but for those that are, the discomfort only lasts as long as that point is being worked on. I will not force a signal to open. I only stimulate it which allows the body to do what it needs to do to open the signal. That means that a signal may be blocked for only one session or for a few.

I communicate with you throughout the session to determine the level of pressure that is right for you. My purpose is not to cause pain but to assist the body so it can heal itself.

DOES FOOT ZONING INVOLVE ANY TOOLS?

I don’t use any tools.

HOW LONG IS A FOOT ZONE SESSION?

The zoning itself will typically take about 45 minutes. We will spend a few minutes at the beginning of each session discussing any concerns and reviewing any questions you might have.

ARE THERE SIDE EFFECTS TO FOOT ZONING?

How each person responds to a foot zone session is unique to them and their situation. There will most likely be some effects, but they’re all part of your body coming into balance. Possible effects of Foot Zoning include:
• A feeling of being energized and more vital
• Sleep – deeper and calmer or dreams may be more active
• Fatigue – may need more sleep, so your body can rest and repair
• Emotional or psychological releases may result in crying or laughing
• Digestive system – may be more active
• There may be increased skin activity or perspiration
• Concentration – greater clarity of thought
• Stress – may feel less stressed and more balanced
• Frequent urination and detoxification

ARE THEIR EMOTIONAL BENEFITS TO ZONE THERAPY?

The signal system is a connecting link between the physical, emotional, mental, and etheric/spiritual bodies. The foot zone also stimulates and helps balance the endocrine system of the body. Stimulating these areas may result in some emotional releases.
