DURING YOUR SESSION
The Zone Therapist will use pressure on specific nerves in your foot. If the nerve signal being hit was shut down, this may result in a slight burning sensation.
During the Zone Session, you may experience discomfort in the various zones of your feet. This is normal and indicates that these zones need healing. Some people will have no discomfort whatsoever, feeling simply like a foot massage.
ZONE THERAPY PREP
Drink plenty of water before, during and after your Zone Session. This will aid the body in flushing out the toxins. I recommend three glasses of water after a session. Also, be sure to drink at least half your weight in ounces of water a day, especially for the next 3-4 days as the body rebalances. Adding juice from a lemon also helps support the body as it is releasing toxins.
Be sure to bring an open mind and a notepad to your Zone Session. You will hear some new things about your body that you may want to write down. The Zone Therapist will also give you helpful remedies and tips to aid your body’s specific needs.
